Reflexology

Another impromptu “fabulous things” opportunity occurred this week.

(Reminds that I need to get started on some things that ARE on my list! Oh, wait…the next month has many of them planned. Do I tell you about them…or surprise you?)

At our annual alumni spa night, a reflexology practitioner worked her magic on my feet. It was amazing to have her slowly release all the tension in my shoulders from the bottoms of my feet. And as she worked on different points, she named off all my tension areas. It was amazing!

My tip: schedule at least 30 minutes!
