The winter is coming – and I am fighting to find time to get in my exercise during daylight (and between rain clouds). Today, I saw Marisa‘s Facebook post:
Who’s up for the November Challenge? Killer Core Challenge to beat the holiday bulge! 100 crunches of your choice (pick 3-4 for variety and do 15-20 each…for example: bicycles, reverse crunch, side crunches, sprinters, V-ups) and 1 minute planks. I’m also going to add 1 mile a day (walk or run) to burn a few extra calories! GIVE THANKS for your healthy body and do this every day! Who’s in?
Me! Me! That is who! The time at the desk on the computer is taking a toll on my core. This sounds like the perfect place to start. 100 crunches. 1 minute of planks. DONE for today. Maybe I’ll do a minute of planks before and after the 100 crunches tomorrow. And, if I do this for 40 days in a row, I’m making it another 40 FABULOUS THING. Only 39 more days!
